We have all experienced those situations when we were in our peak performance. Sportsmen often call it being in the ‘sweet spot’. When you are in your sweet spot, you can achieve extraordinary results. We all strive to find that zone where we are most productive and most effective. When we are there, we know we are there. But the question is how to get there when we need it?
There are many factors that make an impact on our personal performance. Our ability to manage those factors influences our capacity to be effective in our daily business or personal life related tasks.
The objective of this workshop is to help you to realize that you have the natural ability to manage the level of your personal performance and to help you to find out what factors influence your performance and how you can control them in order to achieve greater results.
During this 2,5 hour workshop we will be focusing on:
Analyzing different factors (external and internal) that influence your performance
Learning how performance is raised
Creating an individual strategy to raise your performance and achieve greater results
