Who do you go to when you feel afraid or stressed or frustrated? Where do you search for help? Who knows you better than you know yourself? Who knows better what you feel and what you need in this situation?
Can you imagine having a skill to understand and manage your fears; to understand the source of your stress and be able to reduceit; to understand the nature of your frustration and to address it?
Self-Coaching is a skill you can learn to gain great self-awareness and self-management. And we have all resources we need to master this skill. Personal mastery is a life-long journey, so it is important to learn how to manage yourself as soon as possible in your life. Once the skill has been learned, it can be a resource that you can use every time you feel out of alignment.
This workshop is for EVERYONE who wants to:
Understand the nature of their negative emotions
Learn how to manage their negative emotions
Develop an ability to view your ideas, opinions and aspirations OBJECTIVELY rather than through the filters of fear-based limiting beliefs
