We feel stressed when we know our performance is going to be judged
We feel stressed when we experience fear, self-doubt and frustration
We feel stressed when there is a pressure from external events
Can you relate to it?
Stress has become an inseparable companion of our everyday life. We get used to it and start thinking that it is normal to be constantly stressed. Science demonstrates that the stress we feel is not just uncomfortable but interferes with our ability to function and is generally harmful to our physical and mental health. In fact, studies show that chronic stress weakens our health, leads to serious disease, and obstructs successful performance.
The objective of this workshop is to help you to realize that you have the natural ability to manage the level of stress you experience and to find solutions to reduce it and to become calmer, more relaxed and more productive.
During this 2,5 hours workshop you will:
Identify what internal and external factors that influence the level of stress you experience
Learn how to re-connect to your inner resources to deal with stressful situations
Learn how to deal with stress-makers
“We have the natural ability to be wise and calm in the midst of the barrage of daily external struggles. In this world, such a skill is worth developing” – Timothy Gallwey
