Personal Mastery Programme
Trainer: Elena Marsh
This programme will allow you to understand the different stages of psychological and personal development we all go through during our lives. At some point in life we find ourselves in a situation when our goals and achievements do not longer satisfy our need for meaning and fulfillment. We want something deeper and more profound.
The purpose of this programme is to help you to identify where you are now in your personal development journey; what fear-based beliefs you have created during your life and how you can transform them; how you can create values-driven life where every day has meaning.
As a result of taking part in this programme you will:
Become more self-aware
Understand the ‘why’ behind your choices and decisions
Learn what you need to change to achieve better results in your personal or professional life
Create the basis for becoming more confident, resilient and self-actualized
Have strategies and a clear action plan for the continuation of your personal development journey
“The big question is whether you are going to be able to say a hearty yes to your adventure” ― Joseph Campbell –
This programme is offered in two formats: Five 2,5-hours evening workshops or one week-end workshop. You can choose whichever format fits your schedule best. It is a flexible arrangement – you can attend any of the evening workshops separately and in any order.
Exception! – Attend the 5th evening workshop only if you attended at least one of the four workshops (Introduction, Beliefs, Values or Attitude)
Introduction to personal mastery
Each life journey has a pattern of human experience. We have lived it, we are living it now and we will be living it for the rest of our lives. If we understand this journey pattern, we will be better able to face difficulties and use our life experiences to become stronger, more capable and more complete human beings.
As a result of this first workshop you will:
Learn 7 stages of personal development and clarify at which stage you are currently
Understand why going through a challenging situation can be so overwhelming
Understand the nature of the challenges you may experience
Understand Your Beliefs
Whatever you do and however you do it, it is because of the values and beliefs you developed during the course of your life. Our beliefs are the result of the parenting programming and cultural conditioning. They may either support us on our personal journey or cause us getting stuck at an unfulfilling stage.
As a result of this second workshop you will:
Learn what footprints your past left on your present and possibly on your future
Learn how exactly your beliefs influence your choices, actions and results
Develop strategies to transform your beliefs that they become the basis for your confidence, internal stability and resilience
Clarify Your Values
Values are what is important to us. If we don’t know what our values are, when goal setting they can pull us apart and cause us to procrastination. Whatever your driving values are, you will spend time, and effort on ensuring they are met. It will be reflected in your focus and the actions you are willing to take. But remember until you know what your values really are, all of this happens unconsciously.
As a result of this third workshop you will:
Clarify your values
Learn how potential conflicts between your values may block you from achieving your goals
Learn what you need to do to live a life driven by values and not by limiting beliefs
Develop Right Attitude
Our attitude to life, other people, events and ourselves could either lean towards victimhood or stay strong on the basis of proactivity.
There are hundreds ‘Ifs’ on the way to happiness, success and wellbeing. We make them dependant on other people or external circumstances, things that sometimes we can neither control, nor influence. But what is the alternative?
As a result of this fourth workshop you will:
Learn positive and empowering approaches to life
Reach a better understanding of the nature of conflicts, disappointments and frustrations you have in life
Learn how to handle those conflicts, disappointments and frustrations so they lose their value
Knowing things does not mean doing them. Having your self-awareness increased is a huge step towards self-actualization. Now is the time to summarize all the learning and insights you gathered during the previous workshops and create a plan of action which, if you stay focused and committed, will eventually transform you as you become a better version of yourself – stronger, wiser, happier.
As a result of this fifth workshop you will:
Create an action plan for your personal development
Feel inspired and motivated to move forward
Have peer support for the next part of your journey
