business trainer with more than 15 years of international experience in Human Resources and people development.
Growing up in a small provincial town in Siberia, I was always dreaming big. I had a vision of myself living independently in a big city or even abroad, travelling and enjoying my work. My vision has guided me through life’s challenges and my belief that ‘I will find the way’ supported me enormously when I moved to Moscow. After studying pedagogy, economics and marketing, I found myself being particularly interested in human psychology and decided to enter the field of human resources. I was fortunate to work in a multinational environment as a Recruitment and People Development manager and later on as a Human Resources manager and Regional HR support manager where I was fully engaged in developing talents, training and coaching. Working with people during all these years made me realise that human potential does not have limits. When one has a clear vision and believes in oneself so much can be achieved. To support people in achieving their goals feeling confident and resilient has become the focus of my coaching practice.

After graduating as an honor student from a top university in Turkey and a 10-year successful international career in online marketing and project management, I came to a point where I couldn’t motivate myself anymore. I lacked the feeling of making a difference for people. So I started a quest to find out how my strengths could better help people and I decided on coaching, a profession I can do lifelong no matter what.
I have accompanied my coachees through wonderful changes in their lives. I, myself, have changed my habits, my appearance, my country, my partner, my work, my life and am continuously doing so. I know the struggles but also how rewarding the journey is. I believe that the journey starts with knowing yourself. Once you know yourself and accept yourself as who you really are, you can realize all you would like to experience putting your strengths to work. Knowing yourself, accepting yourself and realizing yourself create the foundations of my coaching practice.

“The best forecast for your future is to design it yourself”
Having more than 20 years of professional activity and holding leading positions in companies of different business sectors I gained a broad spectrum of professional experience.
Since 2012 I work as a consultant, business trainer and coach. I support companies by placing right impulses and by finding individual solutions for their businesses. My core competences are in the fields of organizational development, change management, leadership and human resources. Continuous training in these areas complements my professional expertise.
During the course of over twenty years in IT which has included functions from software development, team leading to project management, and which entailed a move from the UK to Germany, I settled within the role of product management. This position, being at the interface of major business functions such as sales and R&D, gave me insights into international business and organisations. This was then complemented with an MBA that allowed me to integrate what I had learned as well as experienced.
Throughout all of my career I have been interested in personal development and how to get the best out of the people I work with. For this reason I recently decided to take a coaching qualification to build on this. One of the many things that I learned was the power of ‘reflection’ to review and set one’s goals in life as well as career.
I recently took a sabbatical which gave me the opportunity to explore new areas of learning as well as spending much time with my young family.
