Personal Mastery Programme
This programme will allow you to understand the different stages of psychological and personal development we all go through during our lives. At some point in life we may find ourselves in situations when our goals and achievements no longer satisfy our need for meaning and fulfillment. We want something deeper and more profound. We find ourselves “in a dark wood for the straight way was lost.” - Dante.
The purpose of this programme is to help you to identify where you are now in your personal development journey; what fear-based beliefs you have created during your life and how you can transform them; how you can create a values-driven life in which every day has meaning.
Create Your Vision
Trainer: Elena Marsh
To be effective means to have a clear understanding of your destination. You may call it being visionary or being strategic. Stephen Covey defines this as “to begin with the end in mind”. One can easily become stuck in the routine activities of a busy life, to work more and more, climbing the ladder of success. But how often does it happen when arriving at the top of the ladder you realize it was leaning on the wrong wall? We may find ourselves achieving results which then appear to be meaningless, but coming at the expense of things which are much more valuable. “If the ladder is not leaning against the right wall, every step we take gets us to the wrong place faster.” - Stephen Covey
The purpose of this workshop is to help you to make your vision congruent with your most important values; align your actions with your principles; learn how to get out of a rut and add more meaning and purpose to your life. Be you a leader of a company or department, a parent, a family member or just yourself, leadership is critical! Your vision becomes your reference point and your guide through changing life circumstances giving you a sense of stability and purpose.
Set Effective Goals
Trainer: Isil Uysal
Setting goals effectively is perhaps the most important factor in reaching success and creating a life you want to live. It provides you with clarity, focus and short-term motivation. It focuses your acquisition of knowledge and helps you to organize your time and your resources so that you can make the very most of your life. The effective goal setting process starts from careful consideration of what your desired outcome should be and ends with a lot of hard work to achieve those outcomes. In between there are some very well defined steps specific for each goal. Knowing these steps will allow you to formulate goals that you can accomplish.
The purpose of this workshop is not only to introduce a number of techniques, but to practice creating clear, inspiring goals which you will be looking forward to start taking actions upon.

We often complain that we do not have enough time. There are so many things to do, to handle, to resolve. There are jobs to do, businesses to run, tasks to accomplish, projects to complete, problems to solve, fires to extinguish and floods to drain... And when everything is done, there is no energy left for the truly important things that make us happy, give a sense of deep fulfillment and bring long-term satisfaction. Does it have to be this way?
The purpose of this workshop is to help you to understand why you left the important things behind in the past; create strategies to release stress and manage your energy more effectively; learn skills and techniques which will help you to make time for important things.
"The key is not to prioritize what’s on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities." - Stephen Covey
Manage Your Time - Manage Your Life
Trainer: Isil Uysal
Feeling overwhelmed is becoming a norm today. Business and family responsibilities compete with hobbies, meeting friends and leisure opportunities. When our to-do lists grow and every day we leave unfulfilled tasks for tomorrow and then face double the load, stress is unavoidable. Such situations cause procrastination, frustration and even burnout.
How can such consequences be avoided? How can such a precious resource as time be used more effectively?
During this workshop we will focus on a number of time management techniques which aim to help you to plan your time and execute your plans wisely, to overcome time-related challenges and to be more efficient.
Enhance Your Personal Resilience
Trainer: Tanja Meier
In today’s modern world, we increasingly feel overwhelmed by the sheer pace of life. The relentless demand to deliver results often leads to long working hours and conflicting priorities, making it difficult to achieve a healthy work-life balance.
Personal resilience is the most important resource for coping well with challenging situations if they are taking place at either your work place or your private life. Resilience is a skill set which can be built at any age.
The Personal Resilience series of workshops consists of practical exercises followed by group discussion concerning one of the areas of resilience: emotional awareness and regulation, impulse control, realistic optimism and thinking style, flexible thinking to problem-solving, self-efficacy and self-accountability, empathy and goal orientation.
Trainer: Ineke Vermeulen
The world is at our feet, we rejoice in the many flavors of foreign foods, exotic drinks and various music types. Yet, when it comes to understanding the differences in human behavior we either hide in fear from anything "other" or over-indulge in acceptance of differences. The recent migrant/refugee crises has once again proven that fear is often the result: either fear of the flood of new people, or fear of saying/thinking anything which might be considered a prejudice or worse: racist.
During my workshop I will share how we can stay open for others without losing ourselves. As my grandmother used to say: knowing thyself is the beginning of all wisdom, so we'll start by trying to map our own values, beliefs and quirks. With these, we can work to understand where differences are compared to others, without judging either. This knowledge will help us better understand where prejudices, stereotypes and fears come from and why these aren't necessarily a bad thing. Better understanding can lead to preventing potential pitfalls and misunderstandings by openly addressing them and figuring out a way to work with them rather than ignoring the elephant in the room or even letting things implode.
The purpose of this workshop is to provide the audience with tools for understanding their own and others' underlying values and beliefs better. This will help you become more open to anything "other" and will also provide a framework for dealing with differences without leading to conflict.
How to Present
Trainer: Daniel Marsh
New ideas are the basis for change. But even creative, exciting ideas must be shaped and moulded accordingly if people are to listen.
This one-day workshop explores how to share your ideas using a rhetorical approach that will engage, interest and hold the attention of your audience. Drawing upon observations first made by Aristotle 2000 years ago and still acknowledged by effective speakers today, a helpful toolkit of rhetorical techniques will be examined and practised in a supportive, welcoming environment. You will learn how to appeal to your audience by:
- establishing your credibility
- engaging your audience emotionally
- constructing a seemingly logical argument
Utilising a wide range of historical and modern examples of speakers, you will learn how to create and deliver a presentation of which YOU are the focus rather than your slides. Be it on business or social occasions, this creative approach to presenting will now make sharing your ideas something you look forward to confidently with purpose.
GROW with Coaching
Trainer: Elena Marsh
Nowadays coaching is not a privilege of high-flying executives in big corporations anymore. It is now admitted to be an essential tool for anyone who wants to make change, achieve goals in any areas of their lives and communicate with others effectively.
Using simple coaching techniques will help you in communication with colleagues, friends and family-members. It will enrich your leadership style and open up your mind for new solutions.
The purpose of this workshop is to introduce you to differences between coaching and other neighboring disciplines (mentoring, training, consulting, counseling); to learn key principles of effective coaching and to practice with you the framework of a coaching conversation.
